Makes the development server accessible from the local network without
editing code. HOST and PORT environment variables can still be used to
restrict binding.
Bootstrap table variants (striped, secondary) used their own color variables
that were not overridden by the dark theme, causing black text on dark
background. Added explicit --bs-table-striped-color, --bs-table-hover-color,
--bs-table-active-color and .table-secondary overrides.
The integrity attribute in base.html did not match the actual file served by
jsdelivr, causing browsers to block the Bootstrap stylesheet. This broke the
login page layout (labels and inputs shifted, controls not full width).
